Work independently, and in partnership with a county, to provide field based training/coaching to public child welfare staff to support transfer of learning and to develop specialized training, projects, and capacity for best practice on state and county initiatives for the Public Child Welfare Training Academy (“PCWTA”). This position works closely with the county consultants to coordinate regional needs and county specific coaching needs.
● Three years of experience providing one on one development of others in a professional capacity (preferably in the field of child welfare) including but not limited to training, coaching, mentoring, or supervising.
● Five years of experience planning and coordinating projects and deliverables.
● Two years experience as a trainer, facilitator and/or curriculum developer.
