Dynamic Systems and Intelligent Machines (DSIM) Lab at the San Diego State University has an open PhD position in the area of control of robotic systems. Highly motivated applicants with extensive experience in control and robotics and strong background in mathematics are encouraged to apply. Applicants should have B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
For a qualified PhD candidate, the stipend and tuition will be provided. Continuation of financial support is contingent upon satisfactory academic/research performance and availability of funds.
Applicants should also submit CV, publications/examples of academic writing (report, thesis), BS and MS transcripts, GRE, and TOEFL/IELTS scores (for international students) in a single PDF file.
