The salary for this position is $5373-$5873 per month depending upon qualifications and internal equties and is non-negotiable.

The Academy’s Learning Experience Design (LXD) Team provides learning experiences and graphic design support to all Academy programs, including the design and development of eLearning courses, marketing and communication materials, custom animations and videos, and innovative digital products that inspire others and help transform hearts, minds, and practice.
Under the general supervision of the Learning Experience Design Supervisor, the LX Designer is responsible for the design and development of engaging, interactive, and accessible eLearning courses from inception to completion, in conjunction with Academy program curriculum developers, internal and external subject matter experts (SMEs), and LXD Team members. This position can be fully remote, working primarily from a home office with travel to Academy offices as needed.
This is a 40 hour a week full time position working M-F from 8:00 to 4:30 p.m. and is based on contract funding subject to annual renewal. The position is subject to intermittent overnight travel and work shifts outside of normal business hours including weekends and evening.
Note: Some duties may include working with and/or exposure to sensitive/traumatic topics or material dealing with child abuse, elder abuse, and/or issues and scenarios related to mental health, substance use, or racism.
